This year, the sale includes our neighbors in Graymoor Devondale and Old Brownsboro Place, making it a massive community event with countless sales to visit.

Hello Bancroft!

As the last of the winter chill fades, March arrives, bringing St. Patrick’s Day and the official start of spring.

For those celebrating on the 17th, we hope you remember your green and find a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow!

Get ready for warmer walks, patio weather, and exciting outdoor adventures. Please be mindful of the children as we will likely have more pedestrians and bike riders enjoying the neighborhood. We can almost smell the freshly cut grass and spring rain.

Speaking of bright, you may have noticed some new sparkle on our neighborhood streets. We are thrilled to announce that we are in the process of replacing all old street light bulbs with updated, brilliant LED technology. Thanks to the efforts of commissioner Pam Magers for making this happen.

We’re not just making the streets look sharper; these new lights mean increased visibility for our late-evening walkers and a much more ecological use of power. Less energy, brighter streets, and safer walks—it’s a win-win-win! We’re shining a light on a greener, safer Bancroft, one bulb at a time.
