Alert – New Trash Service

The City of Bancroft will be switching trash services from Rumpke to Anytime Waste Systems. Anytime will be dropping off new bins Tuesday, June 25. They will start their trash service Monday, July 1. For questions or comments, please contact Rhonda Poston at Anytime: (502) 649-2574.

Welcome New Bancroft City Commissioners

We would like to welcome to our City Commission residents Jaimie Schapker and Paul Chumbley. Jaimie will be our new commissioner of community outreach and Paul will be the public services commissioner. Thank you Matthew Tungate and Rick Rittenhouse are no longer serving as city commissioners but have devoted much time in service to our city and we would like to warmly thank them for their years of service.

Trick or treating moved to Tuesday due to weather

For safety reasons, Bancroft is joining with many other small cities (including Graymoor-Devondale) in having Halloween on Tuesday evening to avoid the heavy rains expected on Wednesday evening. Please spread the word to your neighbors.
